Couldn't leave it and did another cloud speed painting.
This time I think I matched the colours better. But there must be a way to get daylight clouds right...

hehe you never get tired with the clouds ey?
here are some thoughts:
The clouds have way too much structure. If you look at your reference image you'll see that there is no structure in the clouds. Only a gradient.
Another thing is that your clouds are gray, but the colouds in your reference include a lot of cyan.
